FAQ’S - SUBSCRIPTION APP

How do I know if I have an active subscription?

If you have an active subscription, it will be shown under the subscription tab on the account dashboard on your tab. If the payment for your subscription has not been successful, even though we receive your order, it will not be processed. You can subscribe to a bundle again until the payment is successful, and your subscription shows up as active.


When will I be charged for my Subscription?

If you choose the start now option for your subscription, you will be charged immediately. If you choose a delayed start option for your subscription you will be charged 1 week prior to your chosen delivery date (delay start date)

 

When will my Subscription bundle be delivered?

Your first subscription bundle will be delivered within a week of the chosen start date. Your subsequent deliveries will take place according to the delivery schedule you choose (every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or every 6 weeks) calculated from the previous delivery date (as specified on the schedule).

 

Will I be charged for delivery of Extra Packs?

Yes and No. When you place an order for extra packs, if it is placed 3 days before or after the date the payment for your existing subscription bundle is charged, it will be delivered alongside your subscription bundle at no extra delivery charge. However, if you place an order for extra packs in-between a cycle that falls outside the timeframe specified above, our regular courier charges will apply.

 

When will my extra packs be delivered?

When you place an order for extra packs, if it is placed 3 days before or after the day the payment for your existing subscription bundle is charged, it will be delivered alongside your subscription bundle. However, if you place an order for extra packs in-between a cycle that falls outside the timeframe specified above, it will be delivered within 3-4 business days from date of order. It is often faster than this and depends on your residential location.

 

Can I add another payment method?

Once you have verified your first payment method when creating your subscription, it will be visible under the payments tab on your account dashboard. You can then add an additional payment method by tapping ‘add another payment method’ through the payments tab.

 

Can I pause my subscription delivery if it is scheduled while I’m away on holiday?

We want to offer you the most flexibility to enjoy your time with your little one. Simply give us a call on our hotline (0712360050) and we will put your subscription on hold till you return. The pause must be requested before dispatch to courier.

 

Can I Cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any point after the first 3 months/first 3 cycles (whichever comes first). For instance, if you have chosen the 2-week delivery cycle you are eligible to cancel after you complete the first 3 cycles which would be in 6 weeks.
